Squeaker, I found it in the Connie and Alan Higley reference book....
Put the first 2 fingers of each hand just below the sternum [under the center of rib cage] ,press firmly, and brush down quickly and firmly.
This can be done after raising up on toes and while dropping down on heels to more firmly emphasize the effect.
Supplements -Essentialzyme before meal, ComforTone,ICP [fiber beverage] after meal.
